Rio & Henderson Fiber Projects
We are planning to bring fiber Internet, TV and phone services to Rio & Henderson Township. The project is scheduled to start in the spring of 2025; materials and electronics are on the way, and barring further supply chain or any weather challenges, we expect the project will take 6-8 months.
Your First Step - Complete a Permission to Bury Form
Customers in the new areas need to sign a Permission to Bury form now, so when we are ready, we can bring fiber to your location at no charge to you.

Complete and submit the form.
Online is our preferred method, but if you need a paper form, click the ‘Download/Print Permission to Bury Form’ button at the bottom of the online form or contact our office and we will provide one to you.
When the time is right, we will contact eligible customers to complete an application to choose the services you want to receive.
